It is such a pleasure for me to write about new and talented underground bands!

S.H.O.T. are coming from Brazil and play a mixture of heavy and glam metal, in the good tradition of Motley Crue or early W.A.S.P. albums.

It's been a while since I haven't heard such a metalized glam album - very heavy and guitar driven.
The songs are filled with infectious riffs, that sometimes are escaping from the golden era of N.W.O.B.H.M. (just take "Seventh Night", for instance).
Every song has a nice guitar solo, which really adds value to the song itself.
The production is very rough and crude, which gives the product a "garage rehearsal" feeling - I can imagine the guys full of sweat and passion, singing the hell out of their lungs!
The vocalist Lenny Terron has a strong and powerful voice, versatile when needed.
But, his accent is not always that good, although I think this will improve in the future. Also, sometimes his screams sound out of tone, but I'm sure he'll fix that, because after all, this is the band's first album.
S.H.O.T. reminded me of the essence of rock n roll: sweat, hard working, joy and passion. In these synthetic times, it's hard to find such a sincere band, proving once again that you don't have to be complex in order to be good, all you need is passion and love for rock!

Although many will not dig the raw sound of the album, I actually loved it!
If Crashdiet is the Mercedes of Glam Metal movement, then S.H.O.T. is an old Hummer, full of dirt and grease, noisy yet powerful and almost indestructible.
For the fans of the genre, this debut is mandatory, but I think that also, the other listeners could enjoy what these young rebels have to offer.
